TRAVEL VISAS AND PASSPORT

If you require an official invitation letter for your visa application, kindly contact ISS by email at presidenza@iss.it. Please include a scanned copy of your passport photo page, and indicate in which country and city you plan to apply for the visa.  Please be sure that your passport has at least 6 months of validity beyond your travel period

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS

IANPHI is fortunate to have funding from the IANPHI Foundation, US CDC, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s CHAMPS project to support Economy Class air travel and hotel accommodations for invited participants from countries designated by the World Bank as low- or low-middle income.  Members who qualify for this support will be contacted individually regarding flight arrangements and IANPHI policies for supported travel. 

All other members and guests are responsible for making their own flight arrangements.

Note:  Any fees associated with flight changes, cancellations, no-shows, and personal travel are the responsibility of the participant.

The host hotel for the IANPHI 2017 Annual Meeting is:

Rooms are being held for three (3) nights – October 22, 23, and 24.    For those invited to pre- or post-meetings on October 22 and/or October 25, additional rooms will be reserved.  Room rates include breakfast, taxes, and Wi-Fi. Rooms should be booked by Sunday, September 10, 2017.

SUPPORTED PARTICIPANTS

Supported participants do not need to make their own hotel reservations.  ISS will confirm requested dates and guarantee room reservations, with no advance payment required from supported participants.  Bookings are for single rooms only.  Any extra costs for double or upgraded rooms are the responsibility of the participant.

OTHER PARTICIPANTS 

To reserve a room at the Best Western Globus Hotel, you will need to fill out and send the registration form directly to the Best Western. The registration deadline is September 10, 2017. You can find the registration form here>>

ALL PARTICIPANTS

Please note that IANPHI will not cover any extra hotel or other incidental costs (such as laundry, room service, telephone, mini-bar, drinks, late checkout) incurred during your stay.  These costs are the responsibility of the participant at checkout.  Any hotel fees associated with cancellations, no-shows, and changes are also the responsibility of the participant.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Airport transfers to and from the Best Western Globus Hotel are the responsibility of the individual participants.
